It was really an awesome experience. I had loads of fun there with my friends. It was great to see a wide variety of stalls, shops and restaurants of different states. The description of the culture of our country at KOD was very interesting. The variety of food, clothes, accessories, and the architecture, carvings and paintings attracted everyone at the place. It really provides a complete view of what India is all about. The most interesting part was the puppet show, dandiya dance and the mesmerising plays. I felt that the complete set up of KOD is a mixture of both old and contemporary India. It’s truly a very nice place, which everybody should visit once. I want to thank my teacher for taking me and my tuition group to this spectacular place. Sonakshir Dear Diary, I came to Delhi a few months from Gujarat. Initially, I was very excited to learn about Delhi, but a common thing I used to hear was that people in this city are selfish and highly self-centred. I am an artist, but have never been able to join any classes to hone my skills. So one day, I went out in search of a place which could guide me and teach me the finer points of art. But soon, I realised that the main motive of every organisation here was not to impart knowledge, but to earn lots of money. I got really upset because of this. But finally, I found an able teacher in Rupesh Sir, who not only taught me everything I needed to learn about painting, but also recognised my passion. Within a few months, my paintings were exhibited. So, Delhi fulfiled my dreams of becoming an artist. Thank you so much, Delhi. You simply rock!
