The entity to receive funding for this project is CityWide DevelopmentCorporation, located at 8 N. Main St., Dayton, Ohio 45402. These funds will providewater and sewer infrastrucutre to neighborhood revitalization efforts underway in lowincome neighborhoods in Northwest Dayton. I certify that neither I nor my spouse hasany financial interest in this project.Additionally, consistent with the Republican Leadership ' s policy on earmarks, I herebycertify that to the best afmy knowledge this request (I) is not directed to an entity orprogram that will be named after a sitting Member of Congress; (2) is not intended to beused by an entity to secure funds for other entities unless the use of funding is consistentwith the specified purpose of the earmark; and (3) meets or exceeds all statutoryrequirements for matching funds where applicable. I further certify that should thisrequest be included in the bill , I will place a statement in the Congressional Recorddescribing how the funds will be spent and justifying the use of federal taxpayer funds.
