TAKING A PHOTOGRAPH OF SOMEONE WITHOUT ASKING THEM FIRST Low Risk, as I am not likely to be taking anybody’s photographs without their permission I am at low risk. Members of the general public, most public figures, celebrities and sports stars. By ensuring that every photograph I take is done within the law, and that I obtain permission beforehand. 2. TAKING PHOTOGRAPH S ON STAIRS This is a physical risk, however I am not taking a photograph on the stair thus I am at low risk. The photographer and those being photographed. Dangers of slipping and falling to a major injury. By ensuring all who are on the steps are securely positioned and are aware of the stairs. 3. TAKING PHOTOGRAPH S IN FRONT OF EXITS SUCH AS DOORS I am not taking any photographs here thus I am at low risk. 4. TAKING PHOTOGRAPHS IN THE CAR-PARK

I am not taking any photographs here thus I am at low risk.

Anyone in the car park, cares are constantly moving, thus someone can be hit by a car, especially if they are coming out of a space, where their view is restricted. Tight spaces are not uncommon either in car parks, leading to a higher likely hood of damage being incurred.

By making others aware, signs are an effective method of letting drivers knows what the dangers are. This will encourage drivers to proceed more carefully.
