INSTRUCTIONS

ØPut the gela�n in a bowl filled with cold water for 10 minutes or un�l so�.

ØPut the cream, milk and sugar in a pot and cook it on a slow fire un�l the mixture boils

ØNow put the fire off and add the so� gela�n. Mix well un�l the gela�n is well dissolved.

ØDivide the mixture into 3 small bowls.

ØAdd pistachio paste inone of the bowls, saffron in the other and third bowl let be

vanilla( white).

ØKeep vanilla and saffron mixer bowls in a pot filled with hot water, so the gela�n

doesn't solidify while

you prepare the 3 layers of panna co�a.

ØPour pistachio panna co�a in serving glass equally and keep it in the freezer for at

least 10 minutes or un�l it solidifies.

ØThen add the white panna co�a and keep the glasses back in the freezer un�l it

solidifies.

ØPut the last layer saffron Penna co�a mix and keep the glasses in the fridge for

a couple of hours before serving.

ØDecorate with some mint or as desire and serve with love.

1.Marinate chicken with gg paste, green chilli paste, Lemon,salt.

2.Make a paste of till seeds with pepper corn,cumin,fennel,turmeric and

Poppy seeds.

3.Apply this paste with the marinated chicken.

4.Pour gingelly oil on the chicken.apply well.

5.Soak the chicken with this masala for 3 hours.

6.Place the chicken in the oven, and roast it for 45 minutes at 200c.

· Mawa grated – 50 gms or fresh cream (optional)

· Ghee – wee bit

· Black peppercorn – 02 no. (optional – twist mouth feel)

Method of Preparation

1. Remove strings of the pea shells, par boil and pound or grind

2. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan

3. Add the coarsely ground peas mixture and sauté to get the avor

4. When it leaves the sides of the pan add sugar and allow cooking further

5. Add cream to enhance taste and richness (smooth texture)

6. Add green cardamom powder and optional crushed black peppercorn

7. Garnish with almond slivers, chopped cashew nut, kismis and grated mawa and serve hot
