Subject: Re: Tingle Obits

Ed:Great minds must run in the same channel. I was working on these last night. I don't

know which Raymond that Dorothy belongs too -- I'll look for the orginial death certificateand see if the will narrow it down. Florence Tingle who married Sherman Whitaker.Following are my conclusions.

TINGLE, William Frederick, 6, died 29 Dec 1933, buried ? s/o Mr. and Mrs. Henry Tingle, b.24 Aug 1927 [Trimble], survived by parents, grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Shaffer and Mr.and Mrs. Claybourne Tingle, 2 sisters, Mrs. Vernon Williams and Mrs. Margaret Tingle.[Henry d. 8/20/67 Jefferson, I think. Henry's first wife, Ida Chadwell died 1/31/1948 inOldham, a resident of Trimble, at age 68. They had two daughters, Margaret b. 9/9/21Carroll and Mrs. Vernon Willams.] Correction: Ida Chadwell died 3 April 1922, CarrollCo., Ky, buried 5 April 1922, buried Carrollton, Carroll, Ky, Death Certificate # 8473Other daughter is Mildred born 1911. Henry married third 29 Feb 1936 Mrs. CatherineAdams at the Methodist Church in New Castle, Henry Co., Ky, she is listed as age 31divorced, bk 1936 p. 92.

Tingle, Lillie and Noland Boatright md at Bedford, 12 Jan 1909. Wit. Susie Boswell andSenena Boswell, minister's family. Bk 3, p. 236, (FHL# 420,381) 1910 Census TrimbleCounty, Charlie age 4, Clara age 10 and Henry age 9 as stepchildren of Nolan Boatright.BOATWRIGHT, William Nolan, 80, died 22 Sep 1959, burial IOOF Bedford, b. Bedford, s/oWilliam and Jessie Boatwright, m. MARY PRUITT dec'd. son, Elbert Lee Boatwright, m.2nd, LILLIE MAE WHITAKER TINGLE, widow of Charlie Tingle. 3 ch., Robert ChesterBoatwright dec'd. James Clem Boatwright and Mrs. L. G. Ralston, m. 3rd HALLIE LEACH,who died 1953. 4 step-ch., by 2nd m. Clara and Charles dec'd. surviving are Henry Tingleand Mrs. Giltner Harmon. Also survived by 2 sis. Mrs. Maggie Perkinson, Mrs. JessePerkinson, bro. Vannie L. Boatwright [I've been unable to find the first marriage but I thinkHenry age 9 was listed twice - once as nephew of Ben Tingle, which would mean that itwould be Charles Tingle born 14 Jan 1875 son of Montraville Henry and Arminita Whitaker- my best guess] This is the other daughter: HARMON, Sarah Elizabeth, 62, died 12 Apr1966, Indianapolis, bur. . d/o Charlie and Lillie Tingle, b. Trimble Co., where shespent most of her life. m. HARVE JACOBS, lived in Palmyra Com. before moving toIndianapolis where he died. She m. 2nd to GILTNER HARMON, who survives. Also a son,Robert Jacobs, 1 bro., Henry Tingle, a half-sis. Jessie Carroll Ralston, 2 half-ro., James andR. C. Boatwright.

I've attached a death dertificate for Will Jones father Samuel Jones and Tingle. I'm notcertain which Tingle as I couldn't read the first name.

I'm thinking I might get caught up one day - ha! Virginia
