Run with a Run

• By Gameplan we will package two base runs together and call vs. the front that we like each against.

• How? Freeze and Check with me.• From time to time we will also package a

secondary run to take advantage of a defense overloading a formation to stop a base run.

Formation Package

• In the off season always try to work through available answers per formation.– Example take one formation and start game

planning a defense.– Try to come up with answers to the common

adjustments a team will make.– Will attempt to do this for all base formations.

Game Planning

• Weekends are spent watching Formations Cut-ups and filling out formations workbook.

• Use it all week and keep for offseason.• Jot down all ideas.• Great learning tool in off-season.
