How can infrastructure help the Pacific Region recover from COVID-19?Join us for the inaugural Pacific Region Infrastructure Facility virtual conference to discuss perspectives on infrastructure and post COVID-19 economic recovery in the region.
The Pacific Region Infrastructure Facility conference will be held virtually each morning over five days. Sessions will explore:
• Infrastructure planning for economic recovery
• Increasing local business participation in infrastructure development
• Improving connectivity – air, roads, maritime and ICT – in the Pacific region
• Energy, water, sanitation and waste management challenges and solutions
• Climate change, sustainability and resilience
This complimentary conference brings together Pacific stakeholders including development partners, government officials, regional organisations and the private sector to share perspectives on the impacts of COVID-19 and the potential for infrastructure development in the Pacific. Sessions will focus on opportunities and providing practical solutions and different views on how to address challenges.
