4. Monitoring 4.1 Self-Diagnosis Memory After power-on reset, RAM pattern test error Setting When power-on reset or setting is changed, Non-volatile memory setting is checked. Setting value is out of boundary Total check-sum Error A/D Converter A/D running counter stop , A/D reference input is out of boundary Auto-Calibration Each analog input calibration factor is out of boundary , Ttotal check-sum error Trip Circuit Supervision Only One DI is used for TSC. If contact input function setting set to ‘TCS input, then trip circuit supervision function is enabled. TCS DI Input is checked every 600 msec. If consecutive 100 is failed, TCS fail annunciation is reported. After TSC fail is cleared, the failure annunciation is reset automatically.
