    ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Congratulations on the purchase of your new Sanuvox ultraviolet air purifier. Sanuvox UV air purifiers are the most advanced air purification systems available, having been proven to destroy up to 99.999% of biological and chemical contaminants that circulate throughout your home or facility. Sanuvox systems have been tested by the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), the National Homeland Security Research Center, medical universities and independent third party laboratories.

The P900-GX is designed to purify up to 900 square feet, destroying chemical and biological contaminants. The unit is designed for small homes and apartments, and can be used in commercial areas.

For information or recommendations on how to size your specific application, please call SANUVOX at 1-888-726-8869.

    COMPONENTS

How it WorksContaminated air enters the P900-GX parallel to the UV ‘J’ lamp, thus increasing contact time with the UV energy. First, the air goes through an inlet filter that captures particles. After, the UVV oxidizing section of the lamp destroys chemicals and odors, the UVC germicidal section of the lamp destroys biological contaminants. Finally, the purifed air circulates through the home.

    ULTRAVIOLETS: UVV & UVC

The UVC (254 nm) and UVV (185 nm) light produced by Sanuvox UV units and systems are the same two UV wavelengths produced by the Sun. The UVC wavelength attacks the micro-organisms on a molecular level deactivating and destroying the contaminants, while the UVV wavelength degrades the chemicals and odors. Unlike conventional UV lamps on the market, Sanuvox UV units and systems use a patented process designed to deliver the maximum UV dosage to the moving air-stream or surface.

CAUTION: Never expose eyes or skin to ultraviolet light from any source.

    STORAGE

The P900-GX does not require specific storage. It is a portable unit that works continuously when ON, or automatically when selecting proper settings (fan speed and timer).

CAUTION: Keep away from unsupervised children. This unit is not a toy.
