improve results Our P4 online system can be applied globally because it is multi-lingual and has the capability to provide a tailored multi-dimensional analysis to meet the needs of your organisation. The P4 System is designed to measure and uncover the real impact of engagement within your organisation by qualifying the true cost of disconnection in financial terms. It will identify the blockers, challenges, or obstacles which are restricting the performance and success of your business. Our P4 system can be mapped onto existing climate survey data to unlock the real business drivers. It can also act as a catalyst for any other existing programmes, further ralising the financial benefits. P4 can be applied to any internal or external aspect of your organisation, even extending it to cover relationships with trade partners, customers and government organisations. This is when you discover the real levels of engagement. To give you an overview of the process, P4 always starts with an implementation challenge and ends with hard financial results.

Definition of Objectives, Scope and Outcomes Endaba will work with your organisation to ensure it is tailored to your business needs and requirements. Endaba will look to understand your leadership and management issues then look to define what you wish to achieve from the P4 online process. This will include:-

• Confirming online coverage and participants within the organisation

• Agreeing additional 12 questions to the standard 16 benchmarked questions

• Confirming any multi-national and multi-lingual online requirements

• Agreeing the data collection, design, level of analysis and feedback required

Barometer Analysis and Reporting Endaba will analyse the data and results from the online survey to produce a combination of the following:-

• Executive reports and presentation set for the leadership team • Executive reports and presentation sets for all teams within the

agreed divisions, functions and units • Multi-lingual reports and presentation sets where required
