Mercy Ortho. Edith Hudson will have a stapedectomy on her left ear on July 19th

at Cox S. She has asked for prayers. Jody Chainey will have PFO (patent foramen ovale) surgery at Cox

S. on July 21st to close the hole in his heart.

P S : Norma Stieb on the loss of her brother, Frank Weaver, also to Beulah Fitzpatrick and Bettie Smittle,

who are his aunts. Frank passed away July 8. A celebra-tion of life service will be held today from 1:00 - 4:00 PM at the Weaver family home in Highlandville. A the family and friends of former member, Waco Hambelton, who passed away July 10. Funeral services were held Friday at the Ball Church of Christ near Dora.

Welcome to Sunset on this beautiful Sunday morning!! We have the privilege today of joining together with fellow believers as we lift up the name of Jesus and as we encourage one anoth-er in the process of our worship!

Last Sunday night was most encouraging as we heard the reports of the beginnings of a new

church in Manta, Ecuador. The 28 of us who were part of the recent mission trip owe a debt of gratitude to David Kail for organizing and leading this trip. Continue to pray for this brand new congregation that is now meeting in Manta!

We have another of our young people who will be leaving this week to join the Air Force. Kaitlyn Lee (daughter of Kory and Maranda Lee) will be leaving in the next few days. Keep her in your prayers as she takes this step of service for our nation.

The Go & Do Crew is making each week count! Kayla is hosting a Can-

vas Night where we will paint TONIGHT after church in the youth room. On Tuesday, we are renting out 1984 Arcade from 6-8 p.m. to play some retro games! Youth parents are also welcome to attend! Talk to one of us and RSVP if you have not already. On Friday the 21st we will have a Jr. High Day where we’ll get donuts, play mini golf, have lunch, and go bowling. Tuesday the 25th is our annual Canoe Trip, and some of the guys are go-ing camping the night before as well. It’s never too late to jump in and Go & Do!

Black Hills Bible Camp - Planning on going? Make sure to let Chris know, we'll be assigning van seats shortly. Registration is open now at the Black Hills website www.blackhillsbiblecamp.org. Trip dates are August 4th - 12th. Check that camp website for all camp information then let Chris know for further details!!
