Padmawati Academy is the outcome of a dream by Mr. Jagdish Arora, conceived in March 1996, in

providing good quality education, that would enable a child to excel in his/her chosen field with the

confidence to face the global challenge without forgetting social responsibilities. Preservance,

dedication & hard work have seen the school grow and earn the trust of hundreds of parents to

entrust their children to the care of the school.

Today, after 18 years it stands as a "citadel of learning" and a harbinger of"Quality Consciousness"

committed to developing the minds & initiative of children. The vitality of the classrooms, the

Time is something that you can never take back.

What's done is done. Nothing in history can be changed. The

most we can do about anything that has already been done is to take

counter measures to prevent the damage from spreading. However,

there is one more effective way to stop the damage and that is to

prevent it. You must have heard that “Prevention is better than

cure.” This quote is most often used in terms of illness; however, this

can also be done for future mistakes. Time management is a form of

prevention. Why is time management so important? Time is the most

important commodity. Time never comes back. It never rewinds like

videotape.

It has been my deep desire to see the potential of every child

being unearthed to showcase the endless talent that is present in

him/her. Each student has to grow with this feeling of oneness with

Padmawati Academy and become a worthy child of Almighty.

Our attempt to improve and enhance the infrastructure

always continues unabated with the schools larger benefit always

kept in mind. My vision for the coming years is to see a quantum leap

Curriculum

a. Edify Kids

In an attempt to acclimatize a toddler to the environment at school after having spent a

cocooned life in the safe arms of his mother, we aim at providing the young ones with love,

warmth and security. This ensures that the process of education becomes an experience to be

cherished for a lifetime.

To give our students world class education we joined hands with

MDN Edify Education Group of Hyderabad to start their

kindergarten school 'Edify Kids' in our campus. Edify Kids follows

IB pattern of education wherein the best of kindergarten

teaching methods are adopted. Audio-Visual aids leave an inedible

impression on young minds and make education a pleasurable experience, the students of

Edify Kids have been provided with the facility of Educomp Smart Class in the School campus.

b. The primary level……into the world of Formal Education

The confident toddler now steps into the world of formal education. The

system of primary education at Padmawati Academy aims at making this

exposure to formal education not a harsh reality but a beautiful

experience. The methodology at the primary level ensures assimilation of

information, clarity of concepts and a firm growth in all subjects. In

consonance with the CBSE ideology of relieving students at the primary level

from unnecessary education-related stress, we at Padmawati Academy use a

Continuous & Comprehensive Evaluation system which encompasses the progress of the child in

the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains.

c. The Middle School & the secondary school (Class VI to X)

Having a firm belief in the dictum that education is preparation to meet life's situation, we lay

special emphasis on the student friendly, learner centered teaching methodology, nurture

creative and independent thinking & adopt the three language formula. The child is taught not

to learn but to comprehend, apply, evaluate and then create.

d. The Senior Secondary Level……the making of the final productth thIn the 11 & 12 all students prepare for the All India Senior Secondary Certificate

Examination. At the school campus various career counseling sessions are organized by th

experts to make it easy for students to choose the best one after Class 12 . The students are

offered the following combination of subjects: -

Every Teacher is trained in the art of mentoring and

counseling to take care of the emotional and psychological

needs of child as an individual training in leadership and team

spirit is provided through perfectorial system and other allied

positions of responsibility.

The school has its own transport facilities which is

inclusive of buses, Tata Magic & few other commercial vehicles

which cover all the areas of Bareilly & nearby areas. Students

can avail the school transport facility subject to the availability

of seats. Bus facility is neither mandatory nor guaranteed.

Application forms are available in school office from 1st January onwards on all working days (

Monday to Saturday). Parents & students are called for an interaction with our board of teachers. A

healthy & friendly atmosphere is created to make students comfortable.

Summer : 07.40 a.m. to 01.30 p.m.

Winter : 08.40 a.m. to 02.20 p.m.

Office Hours : 09.00 a.m. to 03.00 p.m.

Documents required for admission:

1. Duly filled and signed registration form

2. Four passport size photographs

3. One family photograph

4. Attested xerox copy of Birth Certificate issued by municipal corporation/local bodies.

5. Copy of report card & TC of pervious class to be submitted, if applicable.

Other Rules:

Withdrawals and Dismissals

1. Admissions are subject to vacancy and are based on merit assessed by admission test and

previous academic record.

2. The Principal has the right to reject to issue application form and/or admission without

assigning any reason whatsoever.

3. The admission fee will have to be paid within 07 days from the date of announcement of the

result of the admission test. The documents will have to be submitted before the

commencement of the academic session. Failure to fulfill any one or all the above

requirements within the given time will result in automatic withdrawal of the offer of

admission and any charges paid in full or in part will not be refunded.

4. For admissions during the academic session in transfer cases fee will have to paid for the

whole academic session.

1. One full calendar month notice is necessary for withdrawal of the student. For mid-session

withdrawal, fee will have to be paid for whole year.

2. Transfer Certificate can be obtained on payment of Rs.100/-. The Transfer Certificate will be

withheld if all the dues are not cleared. It will be given only to the students who have

completed atleast one full academic session in the school. The Transfer Certificate will be

given within 15 days from the receipt of TC application form.

3. A child may be expelled from the school for misconduct and habitual absence.

4. A child failing in the same class for two years in continuation must be withdrawn from the

school.

5. If the fee is not paid within a month of due date the name of the student will be struck off the

rolls and re-admission will be allowed only if all the dues are cleared and the formalities for

re-admission are fulfilled to the satisfaction of the Principal.

School Fees and Payment Schedule

Important Rules & Regulations

1. School Fees is charged in four quarterly instalments. Fees is to be deposited before 20th

April, 20th July, 20th October and 20th January.

2. Non payment of admission charges and first quarter fee within 07 days from the date of

approval of admission will result in automatic withdrawal of the offer of admission.

3. A late fee of Rs.10/- per day will be charged for defaults in payments within the time

schedule.

4. If the default continues for 30 days at a stretch, the name of the child will be struck off the

rolls and re-admission will be allowed only on clearing all the old dues and completing the

admission formalities afresh.

5. If the child is withdrawn in mid session and/or expelled from the school, the fees and charges

will not be refunded in part or in full.

6. Transfer certificate will not be issued until and unless all the dues are cleared.

1. Parents/visitors are requested to follow the visiting day and hours schedule in toto.

2. Parents/visitors should not visit their ward or teacher in the classroom without the

permission of the Principal

3. Students are advised not to wear or carry with them ornaments and costly articles . The

school accepts no responsibility for the loss of these articles.

4. No audio equipment, mobile phone, irrelevant books, magazines of an objectionable nature

shall be brought to the school.

5. No one, who has been absent on the previous day will be allowed to attend the class without a

leave application duly signed by their parents, addressed to the Principal stating the reason

of absence very clearly. Students who have been sick for more than a week should submit a

medical certificate from the registered medical practitioner on joining.

6. It is compulsory for the students to complete 80% of the attendance in an academic year to

make them eligible to sit for the final examination. The percentage, however, could be

relaxed on medical ground. Regular attendance ensures steady academic and personality

growth.
