Autumn Leaves

A cackling flame, they crinkle and they crackle,An un-ironed shirt creased and crumpled,Blazing stars painted orange and red, falling from up high before meeting the dead.

Roses

Dancing around they bloom to life,

Pure petal rainbows, free of strife,

With their perfect smell like perfume,

A gift of love to make you swoon.

Sweet Dreams

So much depends upon,

a feather soft pillow,

the dreams that it whispers,

as a child rests to sleeps.

Sunshine

So much depends upon, The suns shining rays,

Hugging the earth goodbye,Behind the vast green

mountain.

Toms Diner (Same Tune)I am laying in the sunshine,

I can see the clouds are coming,

Waiting for the rain to come

And ruin my lovely sunshine.

As the rain falls down,

My hair is dripping wet,

Walking on the path my boots,

Are squelching in the weather.

I can see all of the children,

Jumping up and down in puddles,

Yelling and laughing,

Till their parents stop the fun,

The sky is grey and dark now,

The temperature isn’t helping,

Below double digits,

I feel as if I’m freezing.
