of semester and post-test at end of semester• Official Test Date – The date that any of the

assessments are first administered.• Testing Window – 30 days (All assessments should be

completed within 30 days of the first assessment pending any inclement weather).

health-related fitness assessments• National Award (Optional) – Must achieve the

• Achievement Award (Optional) – Must show significant improvement (15%ile points or better) on two or more health-related fitness assessments.

login screen (Must type “pkwy\” before username when connecting to Parkway PATH)

enter or click “Update All” button for all students. • Use menu on left of screen to select the tests you want to

input.

take the test• Remember that you can only choose one
