OPAS is the true Add-On technology for applications with requires 1-100 ppm. OPAS can be added to existing Nitrogen systems. It is high purity of N2 at a minimum costs. The basic idea is on action technology which purifies N2 from 99,5% up to 99,9999% only using 0,7kW per 1 m3 of N2 - products from Oxymat become more green.

All versions will use 5% feed gas as scrubbing gas for the heated adsorbtion dryer.
Example: Needed capacity 1000m3/h means that you need feed gas of 1050 Nm3/h.
Purity of feed Nitrogen 99,5- 99,9%.
Blanketing or Flushing
Flushing or purging with an inert gas implies displacing the air from empty vessel, empty bot-tle, or any other empty but confined space with an inert gas. In the case of blanketing, an attempt is made to maintain a layer of gas over the liquid
surface. There are various means to achieve a purging, flushing, or blanketing opera-
tion.
