ALL THIS OXYGEN WE CAN GET FOR FREE FROM TREES.Research shows that a minimum of 10 trees can fulfill this requirement of oxygen for a whole lifetime.So let us begin our investment by planting trees.WHY ARE TREES IMPORTANT?1. Trees prevent soil erosion, are pretty vital in maintaining and regulating most water cycles, and help check global warming by using carbon dioxide in photosynthesis.2. Trees combat the greenhouse effect-Global warming is the result of excess greenhouse gases, created by burning fossil fuels and destroying tropical rainforests. Heat from the sun, reflected back from the earth, is trapped in this thickening layer of gases, causing global temperatures to rise. Carbon dioxide (CO2) is a major greenhouse gas.
