General Description of Wardah Edu Centre

Wardah Edu Centre

Started as a part time business as both my wife and I were university students. We

have been through a lot in the early stages of the business but now we have two

branches, one in Pantai Dalam and another in Kampung Melayu Kepong.

We provided seminars for academic and parenting related issues, tuition classes and

even business and programming classes.

80% of our workers are part timers, and we have a system in getting revenues, in

sharing rentals and in paying our staff that are unique and systematic. We treated

everyone as families and we have a loving and friendly working culture.

Wardah Edu Centre was meant to be a small company that will emphasis on ourstudents, teachers and staffs. At the same time will bring us some financial rewards

and freedom in creating our own working environment. We succeeded in that sense.

Now is the time for us to be bigger and to create a franchise system that one day

may be able to compete with all the big education centres in the world.

General description of Fathul Ilmi

Fathul Ilmi

Is a social business that we initiated after realizing that some of our students are not

able to recite or read Al Quran.

We provide Al Quran and Iqra classes for children and adults, Arabic classes and

some ‘mini tahfiz’ classes.

Our main goals are not profitability as every profit has been given back to the class

and to the teachers. We only take maximum of 10 students per class to ensure that

every student will one day be able to teach others back.

All the teachers (ustaz and ustazah) are well qualified.

A nice and conducive environment.

A very reasonable fee to ensure participation.

Tell n Search

Tell n search is a system to realize our student’s talent and potential. Started as an idea that was chosen as one of the best idea in Silicon Valley Comes To

Malaysia’s event.

Is actually a system where students will take psychometrics test online and the

result will also be linked to their academic results and will then be analysed by our

researchers.

All the questions will be made by our researchers and also by some proven

international test.

School, parents and other related parties will be able to see the result and will be

consulted if necessary.

The test will be given free to all the students in Malaysia. Fee will only be collected if

answer and guidance are needed.

It is still on the beta mode and will eventually launched on April this year.


Tell n Search

The test was made to cater Malaysian people and its culture.

The test will be taken twice yearly and all the data will be collected and will then be

put in an index.

The test will be able to determine student character, cognitive and preferences. We

may then be able to assist students and parents in pursuing their interest and

passion.

We may also understand the emotional level of our students, what motivates them

and how to approach and to appreciate them.

Emotional frailty, depression and anxiety may be detected and be prevented.

The test will open floodgates of research and development and will bring other

benefits.
