The second round of iPad pick up is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, 2020 in front of the high school cafeteria. 9th grade pick up is at 10 am, 10th grade pick up at 1030 am, 11th grade pick up at 11 am, and 12th grade pick up at 1130 am. • Marking period grades will be determined by the following percentages: • 70% - Performance Assessments – Tests, quizzes, and skill-based performance measures • 20% - Formative Assessments – Classwork, in-class assignments, class participation, and

other in-class measures • Not more than 10% - Homework

For classes where Homework will count less than 10%, the remaining percentage will be added to Performance Assessments. A student who withdraws failing from a specific course will have this grade appear as a “0” on his/her cumulative record. The grade is also a factor in calculating a student’s G.P.A. Teachers will explain their grading procedures to students as part of their opening of school procedures and periodically review their practices with students throughout the year.

Grading Procedures for Late Homework and Assessments Homework: must be submitted prior to class; any late submissions will receive zero credit
