without the hassle or associated costs. You don’t have

to worry about anything! We include your boat into our

charter fleet and ensure full maintenance and repairs

without any charge.

and your loved ones to enjoy an average of 8 weeks on

board, every year.

We take care of the maintenance of your boat and

guarantee its buyback at the end of the programme*.

You become an owner and we rent your boat for you while

you’re not using it.

We guarantee a monthly income to you, paid

every month of the year, not just during the

boating season and regardless of how much

your boat has been occupied.

The Ownership Programme gives you an average

of 8 weeks of holiday per year. Your holiday can

be taken on any boat in our charter fleet in any

of our 16 European cruising regions, as well as

Canada!

any hassle. 100% flexible, affordable without any

constraints!

ZERO OPERATING EXPENSES As a Le Boat owner you pay NO operating

expenses. We take care of everything,

including berthing, insurance, parts, labour

and much more.

PROFESSIONAL MAINTENANCE Your Le Boat cruiser will be maintained to the

most rigorous standards in the industry at no

cost to you. All work will be performed by our own

team of professionals. This includes everything

from weekly checks to annual haul-outs, and the

end-of-programme phase out.

FINANCING Le Boat has secured preferred relationships

with third party marine financing providers

in each market. Financing options vary

dependent on where you are from. If required,

a sales representative can explain marine

funding solutions in more detail.

GUARANTEED MONTHLY INCOME

OPTIONS AT THE END OF THE PROGRAMME At the end of the seven year term,

you will have several options.

You can keep your boat, continue

the programme for a few more years,

sell it or trust us to sell it for you.

No matter which option you choose,

Le Boat will be by your side.

GUARANTEED BUYBACK*

At the end of the scheme, we guarantee

to buy back your boat at a privouisly

fixed price. We are the only company

in the marine industry to offer this

guarantee.

EXTEND THE DURATION*

If you decide to keep your boat, you

have the opportunity to extend your

contract for up to 7 additional years.

SELL YOUR BOAT

Don’t want to cruise anymore?

of your boat for a quick, efficient

OWNER USAGE

Throughout the programme, you have the opportunity to cruise from all our bases. Usage is determined through a

points based system, with off-peak periods using up fewer points!

ADVANCED BOOKINGS

Each year, you have 42 points in advance that you can use to cruise on your boat or a sister ship.

Plus: By booking with these points, you have the opportunity to book your holiday well in advance, before anyone else.

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS

In addition to your 42 points of use in advance, you get 42 last minute points. You don’t need to book or plan your cruise in advance. Cruise on a simple whim if the heart tells you!

Plus: With more than 950 boats in our fleet, last minute booking is a great way to extend your annual cruising time!

COST OF YOUR CRUISES

The only cost is the travel to and from your chosen allocated base and a small turnaround fee, which covers the cost

of boat preparation, cleaning, full water tanks, linen, gas, shore power (in our bases) and technical assistance during

your trip.

You can either pay a damage waiver (to reduce your liability) or just leave a security deposit at the base (as per our

charter brochure terms and conditions). As an owner you can also choose the annual owner insurance which covers

you for the whole boating season.

You also will be charged for the fuel you use upon your return to the base.

FAMILY USAGE AND GUESTS

Direct family can use the boat without restriction at any time.

In addition to that, the owner can give or sell 2 weeks of his cruising points a year in off season to any person of

his choice.

UPGRADE

Throughout the programme, the owner has the possibility to use different models, sizes and capacities of boats.

The owner just has to pay the difference between the charter price of his boat and the one he wants to rent.

WHICH USAGE OPTION SUITS YOU?

• With this option, a day of boating is equal to 1 point of use in low season, 2 points in mid season and 3 points in high season.

• Advance booking points are limited to 21 points (= 1 week) in high season

• Ideal if you want to avoid cruising in July and August!

• With this option, a day of boating is equal to 1 point of use in low season and 2 points in high season.

• Advance booking points are limited to 28 points (= 2 weeks) in high season.

• Ideal if you want to cruise more in summer!

Everything agreed at the beginning of your contract will remain the same until the end!
