Plan financial and capacity data? Prioritize with scoreboard and reporting cockpit? Set up and schedule project? Staff project and connect to controlling? Confirm tasks and approve phase

    ? Work on the specification for the new product? Review and release the approved version of the specification? Distribute the specification via Email? Check-In new part? Assemble new part to the robot in the CAD system and update BOM in the PLM system? Review product data in the PLM system? Involve partner for development of a specific part? Define and set up collaboration environment? Collaborate between Robotic Solutions and partner project team

    ? A Quality Issue occurs during the Endurance Test of the new Robot Model? To resolve the issue a Change to the Product Structure is triggered? Running Product Orders are adapted according to the Engineering Change
