Who Am I I’m a Flash/Flex developer that has
been doing Flash work from the tail-end of Flash 4 and the beginning of Flash 5
I recently left Questrade, and start work at DesignAxiom in December

Cocomo
Cocomo is “Platform as a Service” that allows Flex developers build real-time multi-user applications
“Cocomo” (a code name not the final name) stands for Common Collaboration Model
Cocomo is basically Acrobat.com’s ConnectNow broken up into components for Flex developers to use
Developers just have to focus on the Flex frontend code while the backend is maintained by Adobe, using the Acrobat.com infrastructure
Cocomo
Cocomo’s features include: VoIP Audio Webcam Video Chat Multi-User Whiteboards Real-Time File Sharing User Management Roles and Permissions Robust Data Messaging
Cocomo is currently using an early pre-beta of Flash Media Server that takes advantage of the new P2P functionality in Flash Player 10 for direct client video and audio
Screen sharing found in ConnectNow is currently not available
SDK comes with a local server to test code offline
Cocomo
The beta currently has the following restrictions: 25 concurrent users 15,000 cumulative user minutes per
month 250,000 messages published per month 3 GB bandwidth (in + out) per month
