And overcoming challenges…June:
• EEM issues during SY rollover
• Missing data from MSDS DQ snapshots
• REP duplicate PICs – system unexpectedly offline
• System disk space issues
• System performance issues
• System crashes during deadline week
• Overnight database maintenance running into the morning
July:
• TSDL submissions caused processing delays in reopens
• One district missing from MSDS EOY closeout
• Re-write of TSDL DQ snapshot prior to closeout
• TSDL overloads and server reboots
• TSDL academic year defaulting to wrong school year – required manual updates and district resubmissions
• Server reboot on TSDL deadline morning
• Grad rate processing delayed 1 week
In conclusion…

WIDA and local assessment in order to be exited
• Recently, MDE received conditional approval for students to be exited as proficient based on the WIDA only

• WIDA results shared with districts via Secure Site / Data Hubs
• Proficient students → automatically exited
• Districts will not need to report the exits
