Career Zoo provides a platform for presentations and discussions on topics of interest to attendees and exhibitors. !These take place at a Speaker Area for general, career-related presentations and also at Tech Box for focused presentations on tech-related topics.

The Speaker Area presentations and panels for 2014 involved leading Industry figures at Corporate CEO level across a number of sectors. !For 2015, this key element of the Career Zoo experience will be enhanced with the addition of further speakers, panels and workshops across the relevant sectors.

Tech Town

Tech Town was developed with Enterprise Ireland as the first platform of its kind to showcase leading innovative Irish tech companies and their game changing technologies. !Tech Town became a standout area of the event and has enhanced Career Zoo as a massive draw for tech and engineering professionals with 55% of candidates looking for opportunities in that sector. !Tech Town will return in February 2015 for the Spring Career Zoo with employers located in a custom built, modern space.

BioCluster was created with NIBRT as a life sciences zone to showcase the leading employers and growing opportunities in this sector. !Ireland is the number 1 location in Europe for Life Sciences investment. The industry is thriving with 25,000 direct employees, exports totalled €50.8bn in 2013 with 9 out of the top 10 Pharma and Biotech companies based here.
