• Goldwater first established in 1978 at Waiheke Island vineyard• In 1992, Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay added to portfolio• Transition to Wairau Valley focus in 2007• Goldwater uses the best fruit sourced from top Wairau Valley growers• Varieties are Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir

Sauvignon Blanc
• Cool fermented in stainless steel• Held on the lees to increase palate weight• Intensely aromatic with stone fruit and subtle citrus notes• Rich, ripe flavours with tropical and citrus nuances• Crisp mouthfeel and elegant, long finish

Chardonnay
• Predominantly barrel fermented in French oak barriques• Held on the lees to add weight and complexity• Partial malolactic fermentation to integrate fruit and oak• Vibrant aromas of peach and apricot combine with citrus overtones• Silky texture with hints of spicy oak

Pinot Gris
