•Pick up : 13:00/13:30 Golden Horn (from the bus), the arm of the Bosphorus and a natural harbour of the historical peninsula separating the old and the new parts of İstanbul where the first colonies settled during the Byzantines. The residential area for Byzantine Jews, Italian traders and other non-muslim minorities. Drive along the traces of history at Balat viewing Metal Church of St. Stephen the Bulgarian, Jewish Hospital (Or-Ahayim), Fener Orthodox Patriarchate and 22 kms. long Byzantine City Walls, the strongest fortification of the middle age.

•Spice Bazaar (Egyptian Bazaar), mystical smells of different aromas of various spices. Shops selling fruits, vegetables, fish, flowers etc. Bosphorus Cruise, through the waterway separating the two continents, Europe and Asia, with a possibility to take photographs of marble palaces, ancient wooden villas of Ottoman architecture besides modern residentials and luxurious apartments.Rumeli Fortress (from the boat - no interior visit), historical armament built by the Conqueror to control and protect the Bosphorus. A unique example of military architecture.

•Arrive in Kayseri or Nevsehir Airport. Visit to Devrent Valley where various types of fairy chimneys are abundant. We will walk through this amazing valley. Thereafter visit Pasabagi (Monk's Valley) with multiple stems and caps, peculiar to this area. After visiting Pasabagi, drive to Avanos which is known for the pottery, a craft dating back to the Hittite period. The red clay which is worked by local craftsmen comes from the residue in the Kizilirmak river, the longest river of Turkey. Further to the time for lunch proceed to Goreme Open Air Museum to visit the churches, chapels and monasteries carved into the fairy chimneys from the 10th to the 13th centuries with frescos painted on the walls. Thereafter time to take photos in the neighboring valleys before going back to the hotels (L, D at only some hotels)

•Optional balloon tour. Meet at the hotel lobby in the morning and visit to Rose Valley, one of the most beautiful trekking valleys in Cappadocia, and explore the famous rock- cut churches by hiking through the valley. Rest in Cavusin, an old Greek village, known for its Christian houses and churches. After having time for lunch visit Ortahısar Castle, similar to Uchisar Castle in style, where storage caves can also be observed. In the afternoon visit Kaymakli Underground City where early christians lived in fear and faith. On the way back visit to panoramic Pıgeon Valley where pigeons contributed to the lives of locals with their manure to fertilize the wineyards. You may also like to taste Cappadocia wine in a local winery. Transfer to the airport in Kayseri or Nevsehir and end of our services (B, L).

After hiking through the valley, which is watered with Melendiz River by Belisirma, proceed to Selime with hollowed out citadel and churches where fairy chimneys rest on the steep hillside. Stop at Yaprakhisar village to take photos. In the afternoon, visit to Derinkuyu Underground Village where dwellings with stables, cellars, storage rooms, refectories, churches and wineries were used as refuges for the Christian communities. •Drive to Kayseri to visit the 13th

century Seljukian caravansaraiKaratay. The next stop will be inPınarbası for a break. Then drive toTekir Plateau for lunch. After lunch,drive to Kahramanmaras where onecan taste worldwide famous ice cream.Then drive to the hotel in Kahta torelax for a while. We will have dinner,and then overnight in the hotel (L, D).

•Around 03:00 early morning drive up totop of the mountain where we willwatch the beautiful sunrise between thecolossal size statues and bead of the kingand gods. After the sunrise we will visitthe ruins of Mt. Nemrut. Then drive onto visit the ruins of Arsemia, a Romanbridge of Cendere and the tumulusBlackbird (Karakus). Arrive in to Kahta tohave breakfast and some relaxation.Then drive to Sanlıurfa through theAtaturk Dam. After lunch in Sanliurfa,visit the Oriental Bazaar, ProphetAbraham’s cave and the pools of holycarp surrounding it. Then drive toHarran, a village of spellbinding mud—brick beehive houses where Abrahamspent last years of his life as mentionedin the book of Genesis. Visit the ruins ofHarran including city walls, the oldestIslamic University and the castle datedto 8th century. After free time to walkaround in Harran village drive back tohotel, overnight in Sanliurfa city (B, L, D).

• Departure from Sanliurfa afterbreakfast. Next stop will be inBirecik, which is known for itsBald Ibis (Kelaynak) birds. Wewill visit the breeding farm andthen drive back to Cappadocia(B, L).

•* We will ascend Nemrut Dagi(Mt. Nemrut) from the southernside. The final ascent of 500meters takes about 15 to 20minutes from the parking lot.Hiking boots or very goodwalking shoes are highlyrecommended.

After breakfast sail to the other side of Dardanelles by a ferryboat and drive to Istanbul with visit to Gallipoli, historically famous for being the site of many battles - particularly involving the Allied Forces including Australians and New Zealanders during World War I. Arrive in Istanbul late afternoon and transfer to the hotel or airport (B, L).
