44TH ANNUAL AWARDS BANQUET SPONSORSHIP
The AFA is pleased to offer this unique sponsorship opportunity featured at the 2015 annual convention in Overland Park / Kansas City, KS. Moving away from the formal table service featured at past conventions, the 2015 Convention will culminate in a relaxed gathering to celebrate the years' accomplishments. The hearty hors d'oeuvres, cash bar, and the live and silent auctions were a smash hit at the 2014 Convention in Reno. The banquet hall was lively, teeming with excitement over the reinvigorated AFA Convention as the night moved through our auction, into a heartening ceremony recognizing all past representatives of the American Farrier’s Team and then our closing tradition of singing “Auld Lang Syne” lead by Don Gustafson, CJF of Palo Alto, CA. Dusty Franklin, CJF, from Minco, OK observed that, "This was the most exciting banquet I can remember since I first attended Convention in 1995. The atmosphere was unbeatable and I loved how much the AFA honored its members." Isaac Kerr, CJF, CLS, of Penrose, CO and first time attendee, said "This was a great convention. Seeing so many people piled into the banquet hall smiling and being glad to be together really added to my belief in the AFA. I’ll be at the Convention from now on." With the aid of your sponsorship, the Convention Committee can compound the success of 2014 and use the banquet platform to fortify the AFA, its growing membership, and the burgeoning multitude of convention attendees. Supporting the AFA Convention banquet adds support to the farrier industry in the most positive way. Help us continue to enliven our industry, our trade, and the dedicated men and women who perpetuate it every day.
