Brandon was the winner of the

Junior Leadership Award last year.

This is a very prestigious award for

student leaders on NIU’s campus.

The Triforce: NRHH Involvement

Brandon joined NRHH his first year here at

NIU. For the past four years he has been one

of the most active members that the chapter

has ever scene. He leads the pack in writing

OTMs, having written 6 OTMS this year.

He has written a number of OTMs that

made regional level and an OTM. Last year,

he wrote reached NACURH level recogni-

tion with his OTMs. His OTM writing has

catapulted NIU up the recognition ranks

and has created new excitement to write

OTMs. His goal this year is to gain the OTM

traveling award.

Brandon has also had a large part in service. He has attended our annual October service event for the

last three years and makes it a goal to attend as many meetings and service programs that he can a year.

He has made a role in recruiting people to NRHH as well. In the past year Brandon played a major part

in expanding the organization to new members, he tabled and recruited many of the new members that

were inducted last spring.

NACURH 2019 :

This past summer as a returning conference at-

tendee Brandon was a leader in our delegation. He

showed the newer students NIU spirit by always

encouraging them to cheer as loud as the could

take away every ounce from the programs. He

showed excited even before the trip by being an

integral help in teaching cheers and preparing the

spirit items for the school. He enjoyed the philan-

thropy event immensely, happy to do as much ser-

vice as her could. He attended multiple NRHH

programs, such as the OTM program, so that he

could come back and teach the values to his com-

munity. He hopes to bring what he learned back to

the NRHH chapter to further improve all pro-

grams we put on.

NACURH 2018:

This being his first conference, he was

excited to learn and improve as a lead-

er. He wanted to bring back the infor-

mation for the NRHH chapter and

share new programming ideas and the

connections he made with other NRHH

members across the country.
