at it from the perspective of religion,

politics, Facebook?

Internal Communication

Page 9: Output implement ii.

How will we have better internal communication if we look at it from

the perspective of BBC, Google, Nike, Coca Cola?

Page 10: Output implement ii.

The Big IdeaHow BBC Works Recommendation for

AIESEC

-Most important highlights in one place. Transmitting good case practices all over the world. Visualizing all news, combining speaking, showing date and main messages. Real life interviews, someone from the place of the event speaks. Documentaries. Everything is aligned with the brand (facts). Invite experts to shows. Variety of channels and there’s a topic for each target audience.

(MAKE IT VISUAL FOR DIFFERENT AUDIENCES): Run one hour live, record it and spread it. + invite different countries + external experts to talk about topics. Example: marketing knowledge, matching…etc. Documentaries about AIESEC history, country growth, alumni stories.Customized transmitted information for different levels and regions. Which is easy by video. Hot topics of the week, conversational topic. Countdown of MoS evey week (people will feel engaged).

Use the story telling platform. Develop YouTube channel for this.

How Coca Cola Works Recommendation for AIESEC

Focus on visual experiences - enjoy Creative ideas/ interest advertise Famous endorsement to support product/ association with “good times”, success Creating thirst/ pain (showing a problem, satisfying need) Diverse marketing channel, consistent message in multiple format Brand (logo and product) visualization Up-to-date with society/ current issues (e.g. Olympics/ xmas) Customized promotion to specific audience Using customers in advertisement or customers making the advertisements Coca Cola is in so many languages, but still looks like its done by the same person.

(Diverse outreach strategies of the same message through different media Intensive and realistic (related) visualization (videos/pictures) of experiences lived by members Using members to communicate with members because they speak the same language Showcasing endorsement by famous/well-known people (alumni/ SG) Communicate AIESEC such that our activities will satisfy societal issues and it’s a necessary component to today’s society (connecting AIESEC to their life) Translate all materials belief, root of success, image of future, MoS, stories into own languages, with the same template.

Myaiesec.net homepage Include dashboards with progress to goals in each program in the given year. By clicking each dashboard you get a breakdown by entity, and by clicking on an entity you get a breakdown per LC Below the dashboards is the NPS for each program updated each month Also are top NPS comments (+ and -) Below that highlight top growth MCs and LCs and their stories Can use snapshots of this data in the newsletters

Use different channels for the same message Content-based subscriptions – so people can click what things they want content on in the global newsletter (I.e. GCDP section, ICX section) AIESEC Way and Impact Induction Video Create a calendar with touch points during the year and what resources should be provided to whom in the various newsletters

Add more people from AI to coach

countries

Cluster based conferences and

summits

Page 17: Output implement ii.

TextVirtual calls with the whole team is involved

Conference calls with more than one country

Operational plan for visits and follow up virtually follow-up

Page 18: Output implement ii.

TextRegional hubs creationIf it’s program based development

needed, use other MCPs or CEEDers to deliver the content

Regional coordinators follow-up progress of coachings

To provide different viewson how do we think AIESEC Internationalshould evolve in the following yearaccording to the resources available

and its objective

Page 23: Output implement ii.
Page 24: Output implement ii.

The Big Idea

Principle Impact

Improve virtual management

Investment on IT solutions to enhance AI virtual capacity to deliver trainings and meetings

Physical touch points only when

strictly necessary

Spread the OD team around the globe for a period of weeks/months according to the

necessity of making National Plans happen. Use CEEDers and the network to

deliver content as well

Outsource more technical backgrounds

Create IS and Content production hubs/labs around the network or

hire a company to do it

Page 26: Output implement ii.

The Big Idea

Principle Impact

Product based structure

Create AI VP GCDP and GIP, with one Marketing and one Talent Capacity responsible under it

Technology very highlighted and

emphasizedCreate a VP Tech, with 2 Information

Management persons under it

Page 27: Output implement ii.

Page 28: Output implement ii.

The Big Idea

Principle Impact

HR allocation based on results

Regional separation based on operational size rather than

geographical context

Regional directors under Presidents of

Headquarters

Regional management (possible regional offices) and HR and TMP/TLP program

responsible

Representatives from regional HQs sit on the global HQ, not regional

Representatives from each region will sit at the Global HQ and

support will be given at Global HQ

Page 29: Output implement ii.

How would it looks like?

Page 30: Output implement ii.

The Big Idea

Principle Impact

Empower regional offices
