CONCLUSIONTo conclude we can say that through the stories of Lagan and Oppenheimer, Gladwell wants to prove that a real outlier needs not to be a genius but to be smart enough to turn the most unfavorable situations in his favor.

QuestionsWe can see that Hitler didn’t have parents that care about him, he could achieve very big things. The premise of the chapter, as I see it, is that without parents teaching their kids how to be socially competent geniuses won't know how to get the world to cooperate with them.  Do you agree?  Why or why not?What can do to have social skills?
