FOOD FROM ECUADOR DURING THE DAY
Despite being a small country, Ecuador's cuisine is quite varied. This is because the country has four natural regions: coast, mountains, east and island region.Which have different customs and traditions, different dishes and main ingredients are divided.
The fish is usually eaten in the Ecuadorian coast it is managed by the Pacific Ocean, or the innumerable rivers in the area.

BANANAEcuador is a major exporter of bananas, so this represents an important element in gastronomy, especially in the Ecuadorian coast.
