    Bias: is when we fail to beobjective and impartialabout people or an issue.It is an attitude based onpersonal, subjective

    preference.

    Stereotype: are mentalpictures we

    have of a group of people,which

    when we apply them on thebasis of

    that perception. Stereotypesmy

    distort our ability to perceivepeople

    as they are.
