The Ntlemo’s General Construction is a civil construction company trading under the registered name The Ntlemo’s General Constructions, Trading under Ntlemo Projects. Ntlemo Projects is a South African based privately owned company that was established in February 2003 with the goal of taking the current flagship in construction and growing it within the Southern

Africa region by providing the trust and quality that our customers have learnt to rely on. The company inherently has 100% black managed and owned a status( BEE ) comprising of a black female director ,Yingisani Ntlemo, which she brings a

complimentary expertise and experience to the organization. The primary function of the company is to provide construction services to developers, funding agents, and development organizations. Our management and staff have a

complimentary experience in project management, production management and site supervision.

VISSION-Our vision is to become a preferred service provider in the management of programs and projects in various disciplines/ fields based on the capabilities of the organization.

MISSION-To manage projects efficiently and effectively by being a customer focused Project Management Company. Key aim being to meet and exceed customer expectation with regards to project management outputs: thus capitalize on use of

project management principles:

Zero harm is an aspiration that drives our strategy and response to health, safety and environmental (HSE) challenges. Strong leadership and continuous motivation and education of our employees to take responsibility for themselves, their colleagues and the environment are key elements of our HSE strategy. Through this we strive to embed HSE values and a safety culture built on the principle of STOP.THINK We believe that management is ultimately responsible for providing a safe and healthy workplace. However, this cannot be achieved without the participation of highly motivated employees and other stakeholders. The following risks were identified as having an unacceptable outcome in the company over a 5 year period and interventions were developed to mitigate these risks:

HIV/AIDS-There shall be no discrimination between employees with HIV/AIDS and those without, and between HIV/AIDS and other comparable life threatening conditions. -The company recognises the seriousness of the HIV/AIDS epidemic. -Education and awareness programmes aimed at reducing the potential spreading of the virus, minimising risk factors and providing general information on AIDS, have been developed by the company. The majority of our operations have installed extensive societal health programmes, including substance abuse programme, voluntary HIV/AIDS counselling and testing and others. The Group's risk-based HIV/AIDS policy promotes voluntary testing, non-discrimination and awareness about preventing the spread of the disease and mitigating its effects
