But, above all, it was a humanitarian operation where the Geneva Airpark team raised money for the Geneva Red Cross as a sponsor and competitor for the Aérothon Genève 2016. The mission was accomplished by the Geneva Airpark team in a competitive and festive atmosphere. . An unusual event taking place on the runways of Geneva Airport Geneva Airport opened its runways and taxiways so that workers could take part in this challenge and cover as much distance as possible during the 4 hours of night on foot, by bike or by Nordic walking. There were 3 courses of 2, 4 and 8 km, and each kilometer covered was sponsored and fuelled the donations in aid of the Geneva Red Cross.
