In addition to our published menu suggestions our culinary, catering and events teams are specialists in creating

Guarantees Forty-five (45) days prior to the first day of the Event will be known as the “F&B Cut-Off Date”. No later than the F&B

Cut-Off Date, Group must submit the final catered menu selections and the updated anticipated attendance for all scheduled catered food functions. If for any reason Group does not provide all such information by the F&B Cut-Off Date, then the Hotel may assess a supplemental surcharge equal to $2 per menu per person to offset extra costs Hotel may incur when placing expedited food product orders to Hotel’s suppliers.

Group must submit the expected number of attendees for each catered food function no later than Noon EST, ten (10) business days prior to the first day of the Event. If for any reason Group’s expected number of attendees are not submitted by the due date, Hotel will use the anticipated number of attendees listed in the Event Order as the basis to determine the expected number of attendees.

Final guaranteed number of attendees are required no later than Noon EST, three (3) business days prior to the first day of the Event. Guarantees by text message will not be accepted. Group may either reduce or increase the expected number of attendees when giving the final guaranteed number of attendees for each scheduled catered food function by up to 10% without incurring any liability to Hotel for additional costs or supplemental surcharges. The final guaranteed numbers will not be further reduced without liability after this time.

The hotel will calculate a 3% f&b overset. The overset will be chef’s selection of vegetarian option not the main entrée Dietary restriction numbers are required when guarantee is provided. If there are no dietary selections listed on the

original arrangements the hotel will charge for any specialty meals made onsite in addition to the guarantee. Meal service Continental breakfasts are based on 30-minute serve time Plated meals are based on 90-minute serve time Receptions are based on 60-minute serve time Breaks are based on a 30-minute serve time Buffets (all meal periods) are based on 60-minute serve time Lunch and dinner hot buffets require a minimum of twenty ( 20 ) guests Due to health regulations & quality concerns, perishable items from the buffet will not be re-plated and re-used Re-plating non-perishable items for a break will incur a $5.00 per person fee to cover additional labor costs Multiple plated entrees will be charged based on the highest priced entrée selection Meal services beginning after 9:00pm will incur a 10% menu surcharge 1-hour delay based on meal serve time will incur a 10% menu surcharge

Useful Information Room assignment and seating Function rooms are assigned by the hotel according to the anticipated guests count and set up requirements. The hotel reserves the right to make room changes to a more suitable room should the initial requirements change. The hotel will set tables and chairs 3% over the guarantee based upon space availability. Audio visual For your convenience, presentation services audio visual (PSAV) our in-house professionals provide a knowledgeable, on-site team and state of the art equipment Payment Payment in full must be received in advance of the function unless direct bill has been established with the hotel. In such case, the complete account is due and payable no later than 30-days from the date of the function. Service charge | gratuities | administrative fee | taxes All prices are subject to 14% gratuity, 10% administrative fee, current 6% state tax and current meal tax is 6%. Gratuity is fully distributed to servers, bussers and/or bartenders assigned to the event. Signage The hotel does not permit affixing anything to the walls, doors, or ceilings that would leave damage. Pre-approved signage is permitted in the registration area and in private function areas only. No signs on the building exterior. The hotel reserves the right to approve all signage. All signs must be professionally printed and should be free standing or on an easel. The hotel will provide (1) easel for each meeting room plus (3) directional signs. Any additional easel must be rented. The hotel will assist in placing all signs and banners. A $75.00 charge per banner will apply. Shipping | packages Packages for meetings may be delivered to the hotel three (3) working days prior to the date of the function.
