Exa Networks was founded in 2003 as a dedicated Internet Service Provider to the business sector. Today, we supply multi-award winning services to hundreds of stores and thousands of other customer types nationwide.

Our sole aim is to deliver complete customer satisfaction. This purpose runs through every aspect of the solutions we supply - from the services we provide, to the award-winning customer care we implement. It is why, as an ISP with our own national infrastructure, we run and manage our own network. YOUR CONNECTIVITY

Your business needs an internet connection as dedicated as you are. That is why a leased line is the perfect option for your requirements. Supplied exclusively to your business, it is your own private connection that is not shared with any other users. This means that you will receive an uncontended line (a 1:1 contention ratio) with access to the entire amount of bandwidth at all times.

Offering the most reliable, stable, and secure connectivity available today, a leased line can supply your business with incredibly fast speeds of up to 10Gbps. For your company’s needs, we recommend the the following service:

• All leased line connections have a standard installation time of 35 to 60 working days, and are provided with a Service Level Agreement of 99.99%.

• The connection is symmetrical, so you can upload data as quickly as you can download - removing all barriers to cloud-based storage and services.

• We implement 24/7 monitoring on all leased line connections. As a result, if there is any disruption to your service we will immediately receive notification of the issue.

However, because sometimes things do happen beyond our control - fires, floods, roadwork accidents - we offer a range of failover options to keep you online, should the worst occur.

REMOTE ACCESS

With companies increasingly adopting more flexible approaches to the working environment, it is important for employees to be able to access their data from wherever they may be. That is why we provide the set up of Virtual Private Networks free of charge with all connectivity services, with no limit to the number that can be set up for each company.

A VPN provides a secure connection between different geographical locations, encrypting the data passing over the internet - whilst making the remote site appear to be directly located in the local network.

These connections can be invaluable for businesses as they allow information to be securely and easily shared between various offices, and for data to be sent to one another as needed. VPNs also enable staff to access their information from home or any other location - ensuring that distance is never a barrier to being able to work as effectively as possible.

We also provide an optional full-management service on all Exa Networks’ business solutions. As part of this service, all hardware will be supplied configured to your specifications - with the ability for our team to remotely access the devices, at any time you need us to. This means that any changes you may require, whether it is a simple opening of a port or the incorporation of a brand new site into your MPLS network, we are able to perform for you.

Our team will also advise on any upgrades which may be needed to optimise your solution, as they become available, and will perform or install these on your behalf to ensure that you continuously have the most effective service available to your company; without lifting a finger.
