4-5 EGGS
250g SUGAR
375g FLOUR
BAKING POWDER
LEMON 1/2
250g BUTTER
FOR THE TOP COAT
12-16 DOUGHNUTS 2-3 PACKETS
4-5 TUBES
2-3 BARS STRAWBERRY JAM 1/4
SWEETS
First we mix the: EggsYogourthSugarFlourBaking powderMelt butter
Then we grate the ½ lemon and add into the mass.
We spread the tin with the
butter
We add the mixture in
the tin
We put the tin into the cooker with the mixture
To 180º for 25 min.
FIFTH
We take out the tin with the mixture
SIXTH
ON THETOP COAT WE PUT…

FIRST….Separate the
yolks and beat the whites to snow point.
Add the yolk, the sugar and the flour.
SECOND….Put the chocolate
and mix with the mixture
Add the baking powder and the nuts in pieces .
THIRD....Spread the edge
of the tin with butter not to heat the sponge
FOURTH....Set the mixture
in the tin and put in the oven, then preheat.
Preheat 35 min.

A table of chocolate250g of flour
5 eggs4ml of
milk200g of sugar200g of butter12 of nuts

How to prepare it1.- Mix 4 eggs in the bowl
2.- Put 250g flour and 1 packet of baking powder
3.- Put 200g of butter,200g sugar and 4ml of milk in the bowl
4.-Melt the chocolate and put in the bowl with the mixture.
5.-Mixt all together 6.-Put the miture in the tin 7.-Put in the oven for 35 minutes 8.- And finally spread the nuts on the cace
