The goal of every Gatti engineer is to provide you

with the most responsive fly rods in the world. We

accomplish this by selecting the finest materials

available anywhere and create a fly rod that is

lighter in the hand , more power ful and yet

smoother than any fly rod you've ever had the plea-

sure to cast.

It's easy to create a fly rod that is powerful and

reliable if you don't consider weight as a factor. In

fact, many of the "premium" fly rods available

today are created that way. It's more difficult to

create a fly rod that is light, powerful and reliable.

Here at Gatti , we consider weight to be extremely

important to the responsive capabilities of a fly rod.

Our combination of the best materials, unique

tapers and a revolutionary process that results in

uniform wall thickness on each section of the rod

blank, results in a fly rod that is more precise and

virtually no spline to interfere with casting perfor-

mance. Add the fact the Gatti fly rods are lighter

than other fly rods in their class, and you have a fly

rod that's a precision tool, pleasure to cast all day

and will never leave your arm feeling tired.

In the world, there are pretty fly rods and there are

performance fly rods. Gatti fly rods are as nice to

look at as they are to cast. Hand crafted reels seats

with exotic woods are combined with the finest

hard chrome guides to create a work of art.

The power of a fly rod lies within its ability to cast a fixed weight. This concept mustbe respected. In fact, it cannot be modified, for a rod is strictly bound to the size flyline for which it is designed. The action of a fly rod is the way in which its power isdistributed, the character of the fly rod is reflected in the way it bends while beingcast. The action of the fly rod should match the personal preference, style, and castingability of the fly fisherman. Fly Rods of equal weight can be slower or faster depen-ding on the action. In order to serve the need of all fly fishermen, we produce fly rodswith three different actions.

The FRX series is the most advanced expression of our production.The project of these intermediate action rods represents the synthesis of the characteristics of the FRD series. For every single section we have studied the taper according to the most suitable matorder to get the best performances linked to the most lightness, handling, accurancy and reliabilitblank is made through our UTS process with different materials for every single section.This design puts us in the front of the fly rod production industry.

The FRC series of fly rods are manufactured from a special high modulus graphite used only by Gatti. This technolo-gically advanced graphite is combined with a smooth, progressive taper to produce fly rods that present even thesmallest flies delicately, and protect the tinest leaders, without sacrificing performance, accuracy or distance. Thedark sapphire-blue blanks are finished with high quality brier-wood reel seats and single foot snake guides to pro-duce a rod that's powerful, light, beautiful and smooth casting.The FRC series of rods are perfect for anglers who use long leaders and delicate flies to fish small streams andspring creeks for wary trout.

The two piece FR-TA series rods are made from the same high modulus graphite as the FR-PA series, bthe fast action tapers of the TA series achieve higher line speeds and tighter loops, than the other rooffered by Gatti. The rods in the TA series are the best choice for a person looking for a long casting, ligin-the-hand, fast action rod. In a world where everything goes so fast and changes very quickly, it is beautiful to know there arewho want to use the same rod for a lifetime and maybe present it to their children. Our bamboo roduced in a limited quantity (only 25-30 rods per year) and completely handcrafted using very highmaterials, are created to satisfy those people's needs. At Gatti, we create out fly reels with the same performance standard, we apply to our fly rods. They mustbe lightweight, offer flawless performance, and distinguish themselves as a product that is a step above therest of the market. Through a combination of material choices, precision engineering and careful craftman-ship, we are able to offer reels that do just that. Every Gatti reel is machined from a solid block of aircraft-grade aluminium, using state-of-the-art machinery for a flawless fit. All aluminium parts are hard anodizedto a 50 micron depth and to a 62 Rockwell hardness to create a finish that is comparable to tempered steelin hardness and abrasion resistance. Through this process, we are able to create the toughest, lightest preci-sion anti-reverse reel available in today's market.

Gatti Fly Rods carry a lifetetime warranty against allmanufacturer’s defects for the original owner. Theyare unconditionally guaranteed againstbreakage one time only.

The registration card “SIDE - B” MUST be sent direc-tly to the manufacturer within thirty days of pur-chase to validate the warranty.

In the event of breakage, the entire product, inclu-ding broken parts or pieces, along with warrantyclaim certificate “SIDE - A” MUST be sent freightpre-paid to Gatti Fly Rods.

This warranty will not cover damage caused by misu-se, negligence, or normal wear after the unconditio-nal warranty has been fulfilled.

If first claims are found to be of manufacturer’sdefect, the warranty claim certificate will be returnedwith the rod.

If you have a breakage that is not covered by war-ranty that section can be replaced at a minimal cost.This cost will be 60% of the current retaillist price of the broken section.

The warrantydoes not cover shipping or insurance.

All Gatti rods are inscribed with an Identificationnumber. With this number we can supply informa-tion about the warranty and replacement parts foreach rod without having the customer send therod back to Gatti. This will save the end user time,money and makes repair or replacement easier.
