To enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

To provide a world-class Club Experience that assures success is within reach of every young person who enters our doors, with all members on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future, demonstrating good character and citizenship, and living a healthy lifestyle.

2016 Key Program Results
Academic Success: Of Club Members ages 12 to 17
who come from low-income families, 74% report getting A’s and B’s in school, compared to 67% nationally.
Workforce Development Among Club Members in the 2016
graduating class, 57% of boys and 50% of girls showed interest in STEM careers, compared to 44% of boys and 16% of girls nationally.
Good Character & Citizenship: Club Teens volunteer more than
teens nationally, and serve more as they get older. By 12th grade, 68% of Club teens volunteer compared to 39% nationally.
Healthy Lifestyles: By 12th grade, 84% of Club
Members abstain from alcohol and 85% abstain from marijuana, whereas only 58% of their national peers abstain from alcohol and 72% abstain from marijuana.
