Our MissionThe Aging and Disability Resource
Center of Eagle Country is dedicated to working with adults and families who are affected by aging, disability, mental health or substance abuse issues, by providing information and access to services to enhance their quality of life.
Aging & Disability Resource Center Offers You:• A single point of contact for information and
assistance on issues affecting people with disabilities, regardless of income.
• A place to call for students, parents and teachers with disability questions related to adulthood (18+)
• We provide accurate, unbiased information related to living and working with a disability
• Services can be provided at home, in the office, IEP meetings, via telephone, and/or through a home visit.
