    NEPAL CALLING

    Life has to grow

“Being over 60 is good. There is nothing to regret about. When I am knitting, the

knitted thing gets longer and after a while finally it is finished. It is the same with

life. With time we grow older and some time, life will be finished. That is natural.

When I die I don’t want another life of reincarnation. When it is finished, it is all

    right.”

Chitra Kumari was a housewife. She is 66 years old. Her children are grown up.

She doesn’t receive neither pension nor old age allowance, but her children are

supporting her wherever they can. She likes enjoying time with her friends,

    making music and doing handicraft.
