• University Seminar for freshmen and transfers as part of UHD lower-division.

• Expanded Undergraduate Research Symposium with HIPS Showcase.

• Established Centers: Center for Student Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion; Center for Critical Race Studies, and Center for Public Service and Family Strengths (Service Learning, Civic Engagement).
