2021 SANCTUARY ITEM DONATIONS
We invite you to donate the bread, wine or candle oils
used at Mass for a week (Sat.-Fri.) for an offering of
$20/item. You may make the offering in memory of a
deceased friend or loved one, and their name will be
printed in the weekly bulletin.
Please use the Sanctuary Donation Form on the back
side of the Mass Request form to reserve a date. If the
requested date and item is already requested then the
offering will move to the next available item or date.
2021 MASS REQUEST FORM
We ask that anyone having masses said for DECEASED
loved ones, please use a “2021 Mass Request Form”
that can be found in the back of church. A calendar is
provided on the back for your convenience. Please

along with your name and phone number at the top.
We will call you if we have questions. Masses can only
be scheduled for the year 2021. The deadline for turn-

mail it to the office or drop the completed form in the
Sunday collection. Thank you again for your help and
understanding. If you have any questions please call the
Parish Office.

Prayer for Hurricane Season
O God, our Father in heaven, through the powerful intercession of Our Lady of Prompt Succor, hear the humble voices of your children. The sea of Galilee obeyed your order and returned to its for-mer calmness; you are still the Master of land and sea. During this hurricane season, we turn to You, O loving Father. Spare us from past tragedies and protect us from future storms. Amen.
Hurricane Preparedness for Cemetery
Should a hurricane or tropical storm come our way, we ask you to pick up any flowers and contain-ers you have in the cemetery. If you choose not to do so, we cannot guarantee that they will be there after the storm.
