A beautiful Hispanic custom is the Posada - the journey of Mary and Joseph to Bethlehem and their search for shelter. For 9 days before Christmas, a family chooses to host a Posada for a night and invites people to come to their house, when Mary and Joseph come to visit. SACRAMENT OF CONFIRMATION

On February 9,2020 the Sacrament of Confirmation will be conferred by Bishop Michael Fitzgerald, at 11AM. FOR THAT SUNDAY ONLY, Masses will be held at 8AM, and 11AM . There will be NO 10:15AM MASS OR 11:30AM MASS. Confir-mation will be held during the 11AM Mass, which will be bi-lingual. Bishop Fitzgerald will be the main Celebrant .

Las Devociones de Cuarenta Horas se llevarán a cabo los domingos, lunes y martes por la noche, el 12, 13 y 14 de marzo en la Parroquia Nuestra Señora de la Consolación. La exposi-ción del Santísimo Sacramento se llevará a cabo cada día y las hojas de inscripción estarán disponibles en el vestíbulo a partir de febrero.
