How we operated.......
▪Changed our offering to the business: Extended our office hours from 7.30 am to 5.30 Monday
to Friday and 7.30 to 10.00 on a Saturday.
Extended our daily banking hours to 19.00 by using cash processing centre.
Allocation team in Saturdays when month end fell at a weekend.
Agreed SLAs for account opening, cash allocation collection process with the business.
