Trelleborg recommends the crimped solution with a specially designed crimping ferrule that takes account of hose characteristics (inner tube quality, coverings and reinforcement).

The crimped solution guarantees: there is no risk of disconnection while in use

(the coupling will hold under the most extreme conditions) absolute leak tightness elimination of any prominent parts

(no risk of operator injury)
