DEVELOPING YOUR E-LEARNING PIECE: OUTLINE OF OUR DEVELOPMENT PROCESS (ABOUT 50 DAYS) ParticipAction envisions several steps to develop custom course materials: 1. An initial meeting between ParticipAction Consulting and client representatives to determine the general vision for the final products (needs analysis phase) 2. Collection and analysis of materials 3. A one-day session with client representatives to capture information for Content Outline (deliverable 1) collect information for the draft of the Learning Objectives/Requirements document (deliverable 2) 4. Creation of Learning Objectives/Requirements document for approval 5. Development of tentative Lesson Plan with outline of workshop learning tasks (deliverable 4)/ approval 6. Creation of alpha-prototype. Review of alpha-prototype by client and inclusion of changes into final product (deliverable 6) 7. Independent testing (internal to ParticipAction Consulting) of alpha-prototype and incorporation of changes 8. Creation of beta-prototype. DEVELOPING YOUR E-LEARNING PIECE: OUTLINE OF OUR DEVELOPMENT PROCESS (ABOUT 50 DAYS) ParticipAction envisions several steps to develop custom course materials:

1. An initial meeting between ParticipAction Consulting and client representatives to determine the general vision for the final products (needs analysis phase)

2. Collection and analysis of materials 3. A one-day session with client representatives to

• capture information for Content Outline (deliverable 1) • collect information for the draft of the Learning Objectives/Requirements document

(deliverable 2) 4. Creation of Learning Objectives/Requirements document for approval 5. Development of tentative Lesson Plan with outline of workshop learning tasks (deliverable 4)/

approval 6. Creation of alpha-prototype. Review of alpha-prototype by client and inclusion of changes into

final product (deliverable 6) 7. Independent testing (internal to ParticipAction Consulting) of alpha-prototype and

incorporation of changes 8. Creation of beta-prototype. Review of beta-prototype by client and inclusion of client changes

into final product (beta - no audio-: deliverable 7) 9. Draft of accompanying documentation including instructions on installation and running of E-

learning Application Version 1.0 (deliverable 8) 10. Review of Version 1.0 by client 11. Inclusion of client changes into final product (deliverable 9) 12. Final Deployment of E-learning Application (deliverable 10) 13. Day-to-day administration of E-learning Application with basic troubleshooting and 60-days

ongoing production support (deliverable 11)
