RES PROjECTS

Our first RES Project is a PV site in the town of Lom. For its development was founded K DEVELOPMENT CONSTRUCTION jSC. The Project is executed in 2 Stages as follows:

Stage 1 – 1015 KW operating since August 2010. PV panels manufacturer – YINGLI SOLAR, inverter manufacturer IDS Bulgaria;

Stage 2 – Further 4 MW. Operating since April 2011. PV panels manufacturer – YINGLI SOLAR, inverter manufacturer SMA Germany; The investment in Stage 2 was recognized by the Bulgarian Government - the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism/Invest Bulgaria Agency - by granting to it a Certificate for Invest-ment Class A.

WORLD ENERGY jSC develops Renew-able Energy Sources (RES) Projects.

The scope of the company activities includes:

Assessment of investment projects’ efficiency.

Plots R&D for the purposes of specific investment projects.

Preliminary development of investment projects - calculations, legal processing of documents, licensing procedures and communications with municipal, state and fiscial authorities.

Projects design, engineering and management.

Construction upon turn-key completion.

We were Main Contractor of the first international retailer entering the Bulgarian market – SHELL BULGARIA. Our Experience

Having many years of good record in execution of Fuel Stations in Bulgaria, our company was nominated for Main Con-tractor of Petrom for South Romania. The works included sites development upon completion, as well as reconstruction of the adjacent city utility and road infra-structure.

Public Buildings

We take pride being appointed as the Main Contractor in one of the Bulgar-ian Government Priority Projects – The Reconstruction and modernization of the Bulgarian National History Museum in Sofia. The building is situated within the Bulgarian President’ Residence com-plex with special utility, security and en-trance control systems. The museum is equipped with contemporary lighting, climate controlling and monitoring sys-tems. Today the National History Mu-seum is hosting the richest exhibition of artifacts in Bulgaria, including Thracian golden treasures dat-ed 6000 years back in time as well as sa-cred books from the beginning of Christi-anity.
