THE CLUB HOUSE Is an authenc Venice Beach bungalow lovingly restored tp capture the casual spirit of Venice. Walk past the roaring cast iron fireplace on the pao and go up the stairs to enter what LA Magazine called a “Best of LA” Party Space. Our original 1900’s Venice Beach Bungalow fea- tures wood paneling, painngs by local arsts, hardwood floors, bay windows that open onto the pao, ceil- ing fans, exposed wood beams and its own separate Fireplace; all working together to create a warm, casual Venice vibe. The Clubhouse works in many ways for many events. For many Venice locals, James’ Beach is a home away from home; and our Clubhouse is the epicenter of that sensibility. It’s a cozy venue for aſternoon showers or rehearsal dinners. James’ Beach has a reputaon for being the place to have a good me in Venice and our Clubhouse oſten funcons as a cool, lounge and party room. The private bar and view of the pao make it “the” VIP venue for celebries, birthdays and cocktail pares or cool company retreats and get-togethers.
