Accredited Chest Pain CenterNamed as an accredited chest pain center by the Society of Cardiovascular Patient Care, AHGL has met the society’s strict requirements for treatment facility design to specialized training of emergency personnel and timely diagnosis and treatment, including angioplasty.

The Joint CommissionAccredited by The Joint Commission, the leading accreditor of health care organizations in the United States, AHGL is recognized as a Advanced Primary Stroke Center and Joint Replacement Center (for hip and knee). The hospital was also named Top Performer on Key Quality Measures® for exemplary performance in using evidence-based clinical processes to improve care.

AHGL is the first hospital in California to receive the DNV- GL certification and has exceeded patient safety standards set forth by the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Brain Attack Coalition and the American Stroke Association.
