Students will learn academic vocabulary used in the tests as well. In addition, each week students will write a mini practice test which will help them keep track of their progress.

This course focuses on learning how to communicate effec-tively in a wide range of business situations. Students will learn business vocabulary and formal language used in business. Topics include important business communication skills for customer service, negotiations, interviews and telecommunication.
